SHIPPING & HANDLING
We want you to receive your purchased products as quickly as possible.
Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks to send original artworks and objets and 6 weeks for made-to-order artworks and prints.
If you need faster delivery, please contact us via the contact form, email or Instagram.
EU & international orders will be shipped from the atelier in Austria. Orders from Switzerland will be shipped from Zurich.
International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of purchased products.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays and lost, stolen or damaged products in relation to the shipping carrier.
Please check the packaging & product for damage before accepting it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The shipping costs incurred for returning your item(s) are at your own expense. We will provide you with a refund on full-priced items if:
1. the items are in original condition, with all tags attached
2. the items have not been damaged
3. you notify us and return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt
4. the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved we will refund you by your original payment method. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless deemed faulty.
Made-to-order products and commission artworks cannot be returned.
SUSTAINABILITY
We strive to run our business as eco-consciously and in as sustainable a manner as possible. For this reason, we will endeavor to recycle and reuse all our packaging to keep wastage to a minimum. Where possible we will also use packaging that has strong green credentials with regards to biodegradability etc.
